After you vote 20 times, if you go into your cookies and delete the
cookie from VH1 that says rmTop10VoteCount, you'll be able to vote
another 20 times. Just keep doing that and you can keep voting

Smile K he is up against Avril, and bandaids has a whole army so get out and vote for ANDY!!!

Oh and this post that into your browser and everytime you go to the page it registers a vote for Andy. Cheating? kinda. Worth it? completely.
