It's really easy, simply go to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and fill out the name fields and in the suggestion box underneath write up a personal message, make sure it's polite too and explain why you would want to see Andy Grammer on the Ellen show With the Ellen show write up a story telling her how Andy has benefitted you through his music or how he has had an impact on your life.
